The Nourished Woman Template

Our biological birthright as women is to be Fully Nourished, a state of being deeply replete on a cell, soul, and spiritual level. Yet few of us have an image of what this nourished, embodied woman really is. And if we do not have an image, how can we make conscious choices to become her? Our subconscious mind needs an image to grasp onto in order to imagine and believe in something, allowing our subconscious actions to lead us to it.

We might think we know what this woman looks like, but as we have talked about before: women are not okay. An accurate and healthy picture of this woman has not been painted for us, because the health and wellness industry has been tainted. So the image we have is an illusion heavily influenced by the “bro science” bio-hacking culture. But the female body is not meant to be hacked; she's not a machine or a computer. She is a living, breathing ecosystem. And today I’m going to paint you the picture, the image of her.

The Fully Nourished Woman

She, the grand she which we are all a part of, and we as women are made in the image of, is always in her becoming. She's always in her being; expanding and rebuilding, contracting, breaking down, and wiping the slate clean so that she can build back better than before.

She keeps the parts of herself around that she wants to, and she recycles the rest. She has many faces, many names, many personalities, and many roles. Her very being is creation, and she shows up how she shows up. She has nothing to prove and nothing to do, because her being gets it done. This process is very energetically expensive, and she uses all the raw materials and resources available to her without apology. She is abundance, and all potential is held within her. She is incredibly creative and dances with the ebbs and flows of life.

She is a truly embodied woman. Yet what does it mean to be embodied? Well, it means to be in your body. She is a woman who is deeply attuned to both her body and her mind, and how it is impacted by her own cycles and the cycles of life around her. An embodied woman is completely connected to the awareness that she is a co-creator with the Creator of the Universe.

She is focused on actively cultivating her energy and integrating her gifts versus controlling her outside environment. She is clear, she is calm, and she is confidently safe within herself. She is not just connected to her intuition, but also her discernment. She’s able to surrender and trust. She is a woman who is fully nourished.

Physical Signs of the Embodied Woman

It is our prerogative as women to be hungry, happy, and horny. To be an embodied woman is to be fully nourished, and these are signs of the physical picture of this nourishment:

  • Having a body temperature of 97.8 or higher

  • Having a strong pulse rate and HRV (heart rate variability)

  • Being hydrated and mineralized

  • Being oxygenated (normal breathing)

  • Having balanced menstrual cycles where ovulation occurs

  • Having a strong metabolism

  • Having steady energy

  • Having a strong libido

  • Having strong detoxification

  • Having strong digestion

  • Having strong hair, skin, and nails

  • Getting restful sleep

  • Having a balanced appetite

Mental Signs of the Embodied Woman

Just like our physical prerogative to be happy, healthy, and horny, we as women have a mental prerogative as well. To be an embodied woman mentally means we are aware, adaptable, and resilient. Signs of the mental picture of being nourished in this way are:

  • Having mental flexibility

  • Being able to stay in the present moment

  • Being in control of moods

  • Being able to think outside the box

  • Having a strong imagination and curiosity

  • Being able to generate positive thoughts

  • Being mentally clear

  • Feeling at peace

  • Being in control of the mind

  • Capable of resting

  • Being focused

  • Capable of behavior change

  • Being creative

The Female Biological Birthright

Now, of course, life is hard. Not every moment is going to feel or look this way. Yet this is our setpoint, our equilibrium that we can always come back to. This is the state of being fully nourished, and it is every woman's biological birthright. It is our birthright to be warm, content, happy and satisfied. It is our birthright to be fulfilled and wet, to have that juiciness in our life resourced abundantly.

And I fundamentally believe that getting women to understand, experience, and prioritize this state of being is world-changing work. Because once you feel safe within your body, once you are in this deep state of satisfaction and drenched in nourishment, once you make it an intentional practice to have your needs met, you will, by just your energy alone, change the trajectory of the world.

When your basic biological, energetic, and spiritual needs are met as a woman, only then can this spill over and ripple out into the family, into your home, and into society. Everything in a sense revolves around us being in a deep state of nourishment. And this state starts with holding a vision in your mind with belief and hope. What type of world can you imagine for yourself? How good could it get? How good could you feel? Do you have the resources and the energy to hold that? And if you don't, what needs to change?

The blueprint to the embodied woman is already within us. In fact, it is us. It is our deepest nature to be flowing within the infinite wellspring of life. We are meant to step into this birthright. We are made for it, and our bodies will not let us do anything different without physical and mental consequences.

Stay nourished,

Jess
