8 Ways Sole Can Benefit Your Body & How to Make It
Sole (pronounced so-lay) is a salty elixir that can be translated as “Sun Water” due to life and energy it brings to the body.
This rejuvenating salt water elixir can support weight loss, detoxification and balancing of hormones, which is why I use it regularly in my nutrition practice.

Get your hands on some high-quality Himalayan Pink Salt. I like Redmond’s Real Salt. You’re also going to need a jar with a plastic lid and a nonmetal utensil. (Why plastic? Salt will rust metal and the metal can ruin the potency of your salt mixture.)
The amount of salt completely depends on the size of your jar. The goal is to completely saturate the water. I use about a cup of salt for a quart sized jar. Put your salt in, fill the jar the rest of the way with water and then give it a good shake.
The salt should never be completely dissolved, it it is, add more salt. This is how you know the water is completely saturated.
Let sit overnight and add 1 tsp. To your daily routine.
How to charge your Sole by the moon::
The moon holds powerful, magnetic energy, especially when it's full. We see this in the way the moon controls the tides. If you want to positively charge your Sole by the moon and incorporate some more nature into your life, simply set the jar outside overnight to bask in the moonlight.
